Q. Do I have to be present the entire time?

A. Not at all, unless you want to of course! It's easy to connect for classes. Once logged in, you can put your feet up, let your hair down and do your own happy dance.

Q. How many classes do I receive when I subscribe?

A. Each subscription covers one class per week for the entire month, even months with 5 weeks.

Q. When will my card be charged every month?

A. The goal is to make things simple for you. The date you signed up for classes will be your recurring billing date. For example, if you signed up for classes on the 22nd, you will be billed every 30 days from that date.

Q. How long are the classes?

A. Classes are for 30 minutes 

Q. What does the price of the class cover?

A. The price of the class covers dance/sing alongs, music theory and smaller music rooms for young ones to meet and work together on music projects.

Q. What if I want to have more than one child join the classes?

A.  The price has been discounted to allow parents to include multiple children. When purchasing a class, just add the the number of classes needed. For example, if you would like to have two children do a subscription, you would select "2" in the quantity box. 

Q. Can I change my day/time if needed?

A. Yes of course! We are aware the status of school is still unknown and want to work with your schedule. We ask that you please give a one week notice if you need to make a change, so we can better accommodate you.

Q. What if I miss a class?

A. Sorry we missed you and No worries! Makeups are not needed, since sick days, vacations, unexpected change of plans, etc, have all been factored into the price of your membership. Your subscription will also give you an extra lesson on months with five weeks! It all balances out and we will see you next class.

Q. What will be needed for the class?

A. Happy children, comfortable wear, a device( laptop, tablet, tv), crayons/colored pencils and music activity workbooks, which I will recommend

Q. Will the Zoom ID and password change every time?

A. To make things easy, the Zoom ID and password will be the same every time! Please store the login information. In the event you no longer have the information, feel free to send an email requesting the information to: nikiya@gathersingdance.com

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

A. Although we hate to see you leave, you can cancel your membership at anytime. Please just send us an email one week before your next schedule billing date. We will always try to make room for you to rejoin the fun!

Q. What is the policy for private lessons?

A. Consistency is extremely important. Students will enjoy lessons on a weekly basis. In the event a lesson needs to be cancelled, it must occur 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Only then can the lesson be made up at another time (up to 2 cancellations per 15 lessons).

MATERIALS- Any books, sheet music, etc will be purchased/recommended for the student. Student/Client will reimburse the cost, if materials are purchased by teacher.

A. Absolutely! If you are looking for a piano or keyboard that fits your needs, we will provide you with a quick survey, and will send you some options. We are happy to do the leg work so you don't have to!
